| well to be hoenst i think we fall into a mistake flaming poeple. as you gain nothing by doing this but angry replys from the other person. i think what coup was trying to say.. and correct me if im wrong, was that he didnt want the votes to be influenced, but fast ( that cockbag who loves the barca :p) didnt think anyting was gonna come of it f he did it. aparently someone did but i think he overreacted. and i think he realizes this.... kindda dissapiointed at everyone yelling at coup for such a silly thing. |

if you knew me, which u dont, then you would know then i have a great sense of humor and would gracefully lose this thing without a thought.
nchs09 hit the nail on the head, the whole thing was ruined when taha started his advertising, so it was no longer me vs. taha in what the original topic was, but me vs. taha in who can nag as many people as possible for their vote, which i dont want to be a part of.
and i wish people would understand that i did not pull myself out "because i was going to lose" - yes, maybe i was going to lose because i did not put in half as much effort in "self promotion" to gather votes, but before all that happened i was leading taha by 10+ votes, so on the actual topic, i was well in front - i "lost" on not self promoting myself to the same level. |

this is exactly the point, it's a shame that altho most see this, somebody doesn't & keeps beating off about it. Coup is one of the best mods anyway who doesn't have take some off people, so he did deserve to go through, but i think the fact that he's pulled out shows that he doesn't care about popularity, just doing a good job as a mod. The fact he didn't edit it to help himself win also shows his integrity. Sure Swamper would win the final, but it was only for fun, no need for election like whoring, esp in more than 1 subforum from taha, and while he knows I like him as a person, I think he's ruined what was just some fun by getting too serious, if epidermus or whatever he's called wants to flame us for this, then fine, it only goes to show that he's missing the mark more than a blind archer |
