You can vote multiple times if you delete your cookies. I noticed that because there was this one porn site that lets you see a couple pages for free and then it blocks viewing. So I noticed that when I deleted cookies I could also vote in the polls I already voted in.
This seems like a more plausible scenario, because even if he stayed up all night, I don't think he'd manage to create 750 different new accounts. Voting and deleting cookis 750 times would take a few hours, but it could be done. Whatever he did though, you must admit he was very persistent. |

Hey, just because I suspended him it doesn't mean I don't have a sense of humour :p
If only he were a bit less active, I would even enjoy his posts, but it was becoming chaotic already, not to mention the absurd amount of pm's sent to me and other mods. That's what I banned him for, but I sure want to see him back :D |

Since there was no "No" option, I'll give my opinion here. Yes, it was fun to some degree, but I think that the PF benefits from having a sligth elitarian image, and if people like godlesscommie can pull stunts like he did, then that image will go out the window. Do I need to remind you how this place was around the re-election of Bush?
I think that Lira has managed his modding responsibilities well, and that godlesscommie really overstepped the rules of intelligent conduct. If you want to laugh at people like that you can go to COR and have your fun. In here we laugh at bad arguments not stubborn trolls IMO. |
