Awesome night, one of the best I've had.

First impressions of the Cage were not that fantastic really, the elevator broke on the way up :S, walked in and there was so much smoke I couldn't see the DJ through the haze, but thankfull that cleared up and then there was the music, if you could call it that, was doing my head in after only a few minutes, but it wasn't long before ajax(?) got off and strangis came on.

Good to catch up with the usual mob, plus jules and Fpchookie.

The thrillseekers were simply awesome, I don't think I've ever heard a single set better than that one.
Now I'm not normally much of a trackspotter, infact I suck at it, but almost ever one of those track I knew and loved, subsequently I couldn't leave the floor for about an hour and a half, went to refill my water bottle and had to rush back cause "OMG I love that track..."
General quaility of dancing was also quite good, except for maybe the guy in the white singlet that has clearly taken a little too much. :p And those two annoying squirts I felt the overwhelming urge to step on after the second time they thought it would be a good idea to jump on stage and do some pelvic thrusts at eachother. :whip:

Pana put down an excellent set, just a pitty by that stage my legs felt like lead, so it was watching from the sidelines from there on, by the end of the set, I dunno who it was that came on after, but it wasn't my style and I didn't feel like enduring it, and since the TA presence has dissolved by this stage, I left.

*oh yes, and no club should be without fans, lots and lots of fans*

I thought the guys at the bottom said to take it to the first floor then walk up the stairs? oh well.

It was a good night!

what a great night.... initially the 15man holding elevator (which only took a combined weight of 250kgs, thats 15 pretty small people). and we got up there to be met with an onslaught of the best hard music i have ever heard!!!

*see inserted fotos throughout previous page*

was great to meet all the usuals again... great set pana.. and was especially nice when you dropped my first ID of the evening - Li Kwan - Point Zero (Matt Darey Remix) it went down a treat

the venue is a schamozzle... the sound system was pretty meh, and the fans look like they contained bits of half torn, half worn PHat PAnts in them.... infact i feel a salmonella type illness gracing my larynx right now!!! ;)

PDT - you are a disgrace to mankind... hahaha it was great.. and you're right.. the scene does need beauty.. so ill make sure to rest up and gain as much beauty sleep as a i can get to bring the birds a tweetin'.

Thrillseekers were great for the first hour, then i kinda slinked into the background and chatted and stuff for hte next part so i dont really recall the rest of the set.

best tune of hte night.. i was absolutely pumping to Fictivision vs. Phynn - Escape (Phynn Remix).. was great to hear that bomb again..

funny thing is - i dont remember hearing Synaesthesia.... WHY NOT STEVE.. WHY NOT :(

shoutouts - Scotty Bateman, Vi, Kel, Tachyon, JulesPLees (the new mirror image), Matt & his crew, Steveos Strangos, Chris, Slick_nick and Peter Madman, FP Cookie, Anymost and all the others who i saw...

Quote of the Night - "I will ease into her with my set progression... then drop 'I Found You'" - Anonymous

Yes ... fans. Especially ones with lots and lots and lots of dust on them and ones that look like they could give you leigonnares disease.

The one near the back of the dancefloor was so strong it nearly blew me away to the other side of the club.

Actually Vi i think that was steve's mixing that was blowing you across the dancefloor. :tongue3

OK, so perhapps the fans could have used a clean at least once in their life.
But they are fantastic, kept me cool the whole night.
*was especially funny when the one at the front was turned on, and someone came up infront of it and began behaving like she was in a porn film*

And Vi, it only blows you away cause you're so small :p

looks like i missed out on alot in the 2nd half.

i remember Jump The Next Train, then not a lot till Automanual..

so im also gutted that i missed out on hearing Sublime...

was a good night though.!.. plenty of laughs were had, and new things learnt... very eye opening getting to know the REAL JulesPLees... not the handbag house wanka that you think you see on here ;)

hahahaha..

didnt stay for pana, although would've liked to as he would've rocked it as usual....
