My favourite chill-out tracks are:

Chicane - "Already There"
Accadia - "Into The Dawn" [Ambient Mix]
Energy 52 - "Cafe Del Mar" [Michael Woods Remix]
Solar Stone - "Severn Cities" [Ambient Dub]
Salt Tank - "Eugina" [Pacific Diva remix]

Try those. Would be interested to see if those chill you out. They certainly chill me out.

I dont beleive in "chill out"

I really dont understand what fits this genre, but I'll say Plaid (who have been consistantly great, but perhaps a little too consistant...) and Keiichi Suzuki (Not his earlier stuff that sounded like Sasha/digweed material, but his more recent compositions such as the sound track for "Zatoichi" which was brilliant)
