I was addicted to coke too. That's where all my weight gain came from. I would pretty much go through a 12 pack in a day. This went on for months. Absolutely love the , coke and cherry coke all flippin day.
I sucked it up once I started my diet and now all I drink is water and beer, lol. I haven't had any type of soda since January 9th and never will again. In fact I avoid high fructose corn syrup all together.
I would suggest STOP BUYING THEM!!!

I was drinking 4-5 cans a day on my latest programming session... did that for 2 weeks. :p
I actually lost 4lbs though! :D |

| i can't believe there are this many coke addicts. i prefer diet coke. the only time drink coke is when I am really drunk. it feels like it is rotting my teeth. i can't imagine what it is doing to my stomach. |
