So i have sat home since my Mets vs. Nationals game got rained out and watched the congress session with the players and head honchos and i will start off by saying Jose Canseco killed every bit of credibility he might have had left by pleading the 5th amendment.Second Mark McGwire by saying nothing you said everything i think alot of people know.Rafael palmeiro who should never have been there to start didn't sound very bitter about canseco,oh well i guess he can go back to making commercials for the tiny blue miracle pills now.Congress made some very good remarks about the mlb 5 strike penalty and why the mlb players should receive 5 strikes for doing what others would be in jail for...alot of food for thought and a very much shredded drug policy for Mlb.

Palmeiro was the only one I believed. Schilling pulled a couple 360 degree turn arounds... Canseco was out for the attention. McGwire really didn't want to be there, for seemingly obvious reasons... and Sosa looked retarded. He uses the language issue, but he had an interpreter. I think it was a cop out to not have to say anything.

Implement the IOC testing. It works for the Olympics, so it will work for baseball.

I lost all my respect for Mcgwire
what a pusy he showed he was plus I dunno if anybody saw this but when one of the people asked him about something mcgwire actually did say something (i forgot what it was but Mcgwire did say something important) and then was asked a follow up question to elaborrate more on what he had said and mcgwire turned to his laywer and then he said he dosnt want to talk about the past lol
I dot believe Sosa either but at least he gave an answer.
