Does anybody else do this? Sometimes I'll beatbox and hum at the same time. It's the cheapst way to make Trance (besides ripping off Cuebase on Limewire ;)

Beatboxing contest sounds fun! I'll try to record some, I haven't used my mic in a long time....

well i say we could record ourselfs...say on a pc mic. song of your choice. or make one up.
it will be embarassing fun! :toothless
only problems could be:
- people *could* modify the recordings to make it sound better.
- some people might not have a mic.
all for a good laugh though. im in... ill do it either way. alone or with company. |

heh. I have mic. So I'm down. First I'm going to record myself humming a supersaw, then record an arpeggio of somkind and layer the two. Then I'll record myself mimicing an anjunabeats type kick and bassline, and finish off by improvising some hihats.:toothless

okay, I just recorded me improvising a kick, a hihat, and a clap. Now I'm going to sequence it in reason:toothless

OK I made this in a hurry...little out of sync but haha it sounds funny. Instruments used: "shinky mouth crash", "ooh-eeh conga", "throat kick", "throat high bass". It was normalized to -10 decibels and EQ'd a little bit to separate everything from the standard mouth sound. I like the "tonguey hi-hats", LOL.

Hehehe. You know, it's funny how the kick sounds like a kick. I put the mic right under my Adam's apple and do something weird with my throat with the mouth closed, LOL.
