Logic 7 real time wav movement question

I just got a quick question. When you move the wav in the sequence window can you not see it in real time like say Acid Pro or Ableton live? I flipped through the manual but I couldn't find a def. answer. I'm actually buying the "Logic Pro 7 power" book. But I just figured someone knows if it's just a setting I'm over looking. Thanks in advance, cheers!

it was possible with logic 5.5.1 as long as your cpu could handle it. so the answer is yes.. |

| Does he mean actually see the waveform? If soo then the answer is yes... But in the arrange window it is not sample accurate.. As it would be in either cubase or protools... |

| hrm.. i think he was asking whether or not you could have the current project playing while dragging around wav files in the sequencing window (at least thats wut i think he's asking). |

yeah basically like being able to see it as you move it. I just don't like the fact that I have to guess where to drop it. I want to be able to see it and know where it's going as I drag and click you know? Like being able to see the waveforms. I hope that helps. Frost if you still don't understand I'll just PM you bro I know you're the logic man. |
