Kraftwerk - Trans-Europe Express

This track is still so good. I don't know, but not many of my friends who are into the scene give these guys the respect they deserve.
Few months ago I picked up that re-lease of their Trans - Europe Express album. The same titled single is the one that obviously stands out, but overall they really pioneered the way. Tune made in 1977 and i freakin love it.
What does Tour De France offer? |

| Also has anyone ever remixed Showroom Dummies besides DMX Krew? That could be a hell of a track if properly remixed to fit the current trends. |

| nice album, i think i prefer autobahn over it tho, it's something special with that album imo, but nonetheless, trans europe express is kraftwerk still in their prime |

Autobahn for me too, as it was also one of my very first vinyl purchases about 18 years ago. It still has some magic for me. But Trans Europe Express isn't bad either..
DMX Krew is also one of my favs, love the old skool electro sound. His albums are great too, rather short tho as most electro albums tend to be.
Showroom Dummies have got a latin house (or something like that) makeover in 2000 from a group called Seņor Coconut and it has got a nice house remix from Markus Nikolai. The same group has "latinized" also a bunch of other Kraftwerk tunes but they really aren't my taste at all. |
