| Like people said so far, there is none. However the most often cited as far as promotional material goes comes from DJ Mag's rankings, which is just an annual fan poll. |

Well, casting people's opinions aside, if you're wanting to know in terms of MC's and announcing the featuring dj's rank, they're usually quoting it from Mixmag. Unless otherwise noted. |

i've never followed the charts, and only go by what DJ i like. i could care less wtf a DJ's rank is, as long as i enjoy his music. |

To answer you question, I would think the annual DJ Mag list is the most official. Yet, as many have said in this thread, the only list you should be paying attention to is your own. Only you know what you like and what sounds best to you in a club, in a bar, at home, etc. So make your own list and stand by it...
...that's what most of us do ;) |
