I drove back up to S.F. tonight, still glowing from yet another amazing night of Armin. I would like to thank Michelle for the getting us on the list. Props to LATAs and the L.A. scene. :D I wish I could have met Michelle and other TAs there, but I was too busy dancing at the back!(and maybe too shy) I guess I'm just too self-conscious/averse to pushing my way to the front. What can I say, I certainly didn't mind having enough space around me to dance and enjoy the music.
Pluses:
- Armin is guaranteed good times and he proved it once again. I hope he comes up to S.F. again soon
- Thanks to Michelle, my friends and I were able to get on the list and not have to deal with the madness that was the GA line
- First time back in Circus since Spundae-GK venture... Circus was always my favorite club and it was great to be back... and of course, it was great to see Cole at the door again
- Met more great party people... can't beat the friendly vibe
Minuses:
- Some people in line wouldn't let us through to get to the shorter line for people on the list. I guess they were frustrated that they weren't able to get hooked up, but they didn't have to be rude about it
- My gf was cold whenever we were outside, but then again, it's her fault for wearing a skirt... can't say I didn't warn her!
- Some things at Circus still remain the same... and yes, I'm talking about those people who were swaying each other side-to-side... Annoying? Yes. Dancing? Not even close. :whip:
Keep me posted on the DJs in town. I need more excuses to get myself down to L.A.! |
