lol jules got on the mic after his set once, and was drunk as hell, it was a good laugh...

he was explaining why the club had to close @ 2, but it was only 1 cause of daylight savings. something to that extent.

TruffleShuffle
I liked him better around 1999-2001 when he was mostly house with techno elements in his sets.

IMO he was fun, and worth the 15 bucks for 2 hours.

But he is kinda like tiesto for techno??? He is all about "kick" slams into the next track.

Sorry wrong DJ, you're thinking of Paul Van Dunkyou
Tiesto is mr trainwreck...

and by the way cox always puts on a proper show, he mixes with more than 2 tracks at a time...and he owns everyone cuz he's in human traffic LOLS

MEET JOHNNY KELVIN, VOCALIST DJ

The last time I saw him was at Hammerstein. He opened for the Chemical Brothers back in 2000. His set was the first and last I've heard of him live and I was impressed. My wife (who's been to all of the Bros. shows at Hammerstein) liked his set as well as it being her first and last and she don't like techno too much.

Can't say nothing about him now.

I've seen him a few times, i think he's a qaulity. Very technical and his tunes a normally spot on. Hes still one of the best DJ's in the world and has been for a very long time.
AlphaStarred
i don't like him nowadays and don't pay much attention to his contemporary sets, but his F.A.C.T. LP on React pwnz j00.
Omega_Blue
every liveset i've heard from the guy (like 3) consists of at least one huge trainwreck. prolly cuz he uses three decks though.
basvh
saw him several times and he always has been great.

Last year at his solo night in Rotterdam at carl cox & friends was amazing. Going b2b with michel de hey and kevin saunderson and a 4 hour solo set! Great party it was!

Also at space ibiza last year. You could stand behind the dj booth and i was like this :eyes: when seeing all the tricks he pulled. For example just 1 record playing a bit minimal techo tune and then adding an samba/latin rhythem out of the cdj1000 by pushing the cue button like hell. sick stuff!
