I came across this site the other day and it sounded pretty interesting.
Does anyone know if this really works? Will market research firms pay you to take online surveys? |

| ive never taken an online survey but one time i got paid $25 to eat macaroni and cheese and barbeque chicken for a market research firm by my house. |

| i read about this secret shoppers thing where companies pay you decent $ to shop at stores and eat at restuarants and then report back to them on the service you got. |

i've done these survey things for cash before...but really it became more of a hassle then it was worth...yeah you'll get little checks in the mail every once in a while for like $5 or something, but too much time spent on the surveys to make it worth while...
also slylee...my friend is a secret shopper hahaha. he only does it for like KFC and other resturants like that, but he gets paid and reimbursed for the food. i don't know if he makes a lot of money doing that...but i sure wouldn't mind doing that for clothing companies hahahah :p |

yea these aren't worth it. mainly because there are requirements on most surveys that you don't fit.
and here in vegas there are tons o secret shoppers. you even get paid a lot more if your a model. Some of the gigs my roommate gets are just him and some other people sitting couches acting like they are having a good time. Then they cut him a check for like $200 after like 2 hours. that basturd. |

| i worked at a department store during high school and we had those secret shoppers come in. im not sure how much they got paid but they would have to fill out a report rating the service and the experience. it looked like it took a lot of time to do. |
