Unless there's a part where you only hear the vocals, or only vocals with some low bass, or a LITTLE bit of background noise or you come across a acapella IT CAN NOT BE DONE. You CANNOT "filter out" a complete beat and keep only the vocal.

I don't care how hi-tech programs they make these days, a program does not "recognise" vocals the best it can do is recognise some of its frequencies. And if you would take out the frequencies that are in the background beat, you would also take out most of the vocal, since they share a whole bunch of frequencies, leaving you with a really messed up vocal. So, if you really want the Iio vocal, search around for the acapella, if there is one (well Iio has one, anyone wanna drop him an e-mail? hehe)

Accapella means singing after you've eaten Italian cheesecake.

Accapellaorale means singing while still having cheesecake in you mouth.
That makes it sound better.

HAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

LOL @ Alien. :)

An Accapella is a just the vocales from a track , ONLY vocales nothing else.

Yeah, what robstar said. So if you search for "acapella" or "a cappella" in say, audiogalaxy, you will find a whole bunch of files, only vocals of songs. I think there are a lot more hip-hop/ R & B acapella's out there so the trick is to find trance acapella's.
Well try it, anyways.
