As for WHY... the only explanation I can give, is that it's fun!
People you don't know will be asking you all night "Why are you guys all wearing white?" and "Are you with the white people?"
:) GREAT way to start a conversation! ;)
Not to mention the fact that it's much easier to find your peeps if you have a tendency to wander, as I do! :)
