hey mate i like this alot !!
sounds alot like Solid Sessions - Janeiro (AVB Remix), i'd say the chordschanges are the same. i really like the melodic part.
i think you just need to work more on your mix and a tad more on the sound.

Ok something is wierd with the kick, reverb on it or what? It just sounds a little off to me. The rest of the mixing is pretty good. The high hats almost sound like you applied a cutoff to them, lol maybe that is just the mp3?
Nice breakdown, it worked well. You have good composition skills, nice blending and growth throughout the b section.
What did you use for that crash reverb or delay might I ask, that sounded really nice.
I just think the hi hats sound strange, I guess that is cool...
the kick sounds better after the b section for a little bit, it is just to overwhelming when not enough sound is coming through. If you could just tone it down slightly I think it would be better.
But the song sounds good enough to be a commerical cd, minus the slight details. |

All right. Here's my little review :)
It's nice but it's nothing spectacular. I mean, it's too plain for my likings. The beat is really steady throughout the whole song, quality is top notch and yet I'm indifferent to it. Maybe because it's not my style or something. Dunno. On the other hand, it's great but I feel like I heard it 100s of times. This might not mean much but those are my $02.

I hope you already got signed because this track really deserves it. 100x better then 90% of the crap out there. I have heard some of your other productions and you definitelly got talent for this, so don't stop!!
If I had a label I would sign you right away. Maybe one day hehe :D |
