quality night
as far as i remember it was gtr first, then svd, joof from 3-4.30 and marco v 4.30 till whenever (we left at 615)
all the sets were very good, but in particular joof's set was awesome. i thought he would be good as ive seen him before and he's been excellent both times. i also liked the other sets - there was no mcprog, no cheesy stuff, just driving basslines - superb!!! |

| Great night last night, was much better than I expected. Memento was boring, luckily SvD came on and really banged it out towards the end. Luckily GTR came on with his gutter trance and this enabled me to chill out before J00F who also played a wicked set. Marco didn't do anything to inspire me. Askew finished the night and his tune selection is what trance music should be all about - take note emery you fannytranceaddict! |

| svd was amazing. he dropped remixes of alter ego and sander k - the fruit, which i thot were great. really driving set and got everyone all hyped up. then boring gareth emery came on...i really dun see why they put him on after svd...and then j00f came on and ing hell...he really impressed. marco v started off with a lot of electro trance which i thought was okay. i'm not a marco v hater like every else there (ahem...*cough...sy...hahaaa). didn't stay for john askew cuz i was just worn out by then...but overall....i had a really great nite. and it was good seeing everyone again...or for the first time. |

and i'm back from work now, and i'm feeling surprisingly fine...much better than yesterday :D
and i'm preparing for another night on the lash, but this time, i think i'll be getting home for a reasonable hour...about 3ish ;)
last night was pretty damn good too. crap prog for warmup, but then again, what else would you expect :p
SvD came on, started playing a bit slower than expected but pushed up the tempo throughout, was a pretty banging set. Didn't play dark roast unfortunately, but played bling bling and In deep IIRC.
GTR was alright, wasn't that bad, but killed the mood as he was too slow to follow on from SvD.
Marco V...Wasn't entirely sure what to expect, thought we would get some proper techy stuff like his own productions, but it was more like Techy-electro type trance i'd say. ing banging tunes tho! Killer basslines and a fast tempo = teh win. He played automanual, and some remake of Robert Palmer - Tainted Love and The Final Countdown wtFfffffff lol but it was pretty good.

i'm ing devostated i dont live in London on nights like this, which, correct me if i'm wrong, happen WEEKLY, not monthly like here?
we may be getting SVD some time soon @ SLIDE @ Garlands up here (Liverpool), so we're told, and i keep banging on about Askew. He's already an utter legend in my eyes, if i was a woman... :thepirate
