Ummmm, huh?
Run this by me again. Zenperson comes on here, tells Funketeer "please stop flooding the board with stupid and meaningless posts" and you call that a valid point? Um, no. Just because something has the word please in it, does not make it automatically polite or valid. And funny how his original post had the word "stupid" in it, and now it magically doesn't. Interesting.
If someone told me something like that, I would react the same way, if not worse.
Maybe you took it to heart, because you're also from Atlanta, or who knows? I can sorta understand this.
But Funketeer was not out of line. If you insult someone, expect to be insulted back. If you cannot take the heat, stay out of the kitchen. It's that simple.
That needed to be said. :) |

Ok, I have just come across this..............and am wondering WTF is going on???
First of all why is Funkateer's posts considered useless???
Second of all isn't a board supposed to be so that you can post Rants, Praises, Jokes, or anything to entertain their members???
Is that not what Funk's post did???
Boards are not to be taken to seriously if they were I bet you would have 5 members on them and they would all be the Moderators!!!
As for the jerkoff that seems to have not gotten laid therefore his reason for attack......if you don't like the thread stay the away from it, the board is big enough for all of us!!!

| All I saw was zenperson writing: "Please stop flooding the board with meaningless threads...thank you." To which Funk replied with something which I felt was out of line. Now I can understand where both sides are coming from. Admittedly, I would be a bit miffed if someone said my posts are meaningless too. But I felt Funk could have handled it more gracefuly. That's my entire point. |

| There has been numerous of threads where they have been spammed to death, other threads made absolutly to freaking mess around and talk whatever comes up to the minds of the peeps talking.. sometimes I posed on them, sometimes I didnt, there were people having lots of fun on particular threads, and no harm was intended, and this is what Funk is all about.. Fun, sarcasm, entertainment. IF someone does not like the threads, is easy enough for them to stay away from them... if there is people posting on them, is because there is people having fun on the thread and enjoying or praising it... if no one likes the thread and finds it utterly stupid or w.e. .. is as easy as to let it die itself. TA has been flooded with enough drama in the past months allready, and seriously, Funk is all about a bit of fun and spice, and I think the Atlanta TA"s are all about that too heh.. one of the most crazy mofos of the boards lol ... just my .02 cents.. C ya guys @ the party's and dinners! :disbelief |

To make things clear, I'm really not bothered by the Atlanta comments. I'm just trying to make sure everyone gets along. Sometimes it makes me look like a humorless tight-ass. :(

all i saw after zenperson's comment were insults directed towards a few people...thats not a cool thread.
keep the drama in the PM's.
if you wanna post a "rant", "humor" or whatever- yes these forums are big enough seeing as how we have forums specifically devoted to such topics: go post in there and meet some TA's that aren't within your local area. U might enjoy it
As for the funk- keep livin' it up brotha. Just know...simply cuz someone disagrees with you doesnt mean they are a tightass ;)
I'm sure CP has its fair share of peeps with something stuck up their butt....but hey, c'est la vie.
on a side note.... i do miss those drunk threads :(
