Oh and who agrees Ridgewalkers feat. El - Find (Kyau vs Albert Remix)
was the Tune of the nite |
NORMALLY id have to agree w/ you. I LOVE that song so much. Its so ing awesome...
but i have to go w/ Rank 1 - Airwave 2003 (Breathing) (B1 Breaks Dub) as the the night.
a) bc im somehow even feeling that song more than Find, and
b) this is Armin we're talking about. who could have guessed he'd play that breaks version! shocked the bloody hell outta me when it came on. I believe i even turned to trancechaos (or was it someone else :conf: ) and said "dude, is this the breaks version i hear coming in!!!"... bc i just couldn't believe my ears!!! |

Sorry folks...
Yahel feat. A-Force - Behind Silence (Liquid Love) was by far the tune of the night. |

Sooooooooooooo I just had to go thru 28 pages of review.. WOW!!!!.. ok I’m gonna give my quick review of the nite cuz most of what I had to say was on RTT’s review post since I was there when he posted it…
So we got to tha guv and as usual it was rammed with line ups, ppl everywhere and luckily got our coats checked in cuz there was only 16 hangers left before they closed it down….we got in the kool haus and the placed was jammin’ and ppl were havin a great time already…we took a good couple laps of the place till we settled in the Koolhaus for good to see DJ Remy, Nick Warren, Armin & NU-NRG…Remy and Nick Warren were great however the highlight of the show def. had to go to Armin & Nu-NRG!!! They kiked Ass!!! They played the most upbeat slammin tunes of the nite!
Since I was still battling a cold I wasn’t up to par that night.. it was too bad cuz my stomach started acting up right in the middle of Armin’s set so although I did catch the beginning of his set I think I ended up sittin out ½ of his set in the little room beside the bathroom when I bumped into Nat (tatgirl) I met a few other TOTA’s there but I def. wish I had met more but maybe next time ? I will be uploading some pics soon but here’s a few for now…n-joy! … till next time …
Muzik 11/10
Crowd 8/10
Vibe 8/10

slightly late review...short and sweet :p
Enjoyed Nick Warren over Mark Oliver or whomever was spinning early in Guv...Nu NRG took it up a notch...and Armin was his usual fun, exhuberant self...very fun set...nice to hear Gone, in particular...that was a pleasant surprise :)
my body wanted me to leave around 6:30am...my brain kept me there until 8:00...and up and drinking until early afternoon :wtf:
arrived with a big crew...saw *tons* of TAs :D...nice to see everyone, some of whom seem to be becoming the early morning, blazin'-on-the-dancefloor crew, lol.
only "complaints", if they can be called that, because I had a really fun night...1. I really don't like that setup in KH...I much prefer the booth on the other side...2. the sound during Armin was...not so good.
and I *demand* (:D) that Armin play 'Love Theme Dusk' the next time he's here...I was sure at least thinking I'd hear it that night from *someone* :whip:
skipping J00F and Re-Connected...looking forward to Ultra Spin though...Ferry, Seaman, Gabriel, and Chable...*nice* :) |
