solved it!
okay. first things first. Open the hatch, send a guy out to the cannon.
Open the door at the left of the screen, and turn the arrow so it points right.
Fire your first stone DOWN towards the plank. The plank will make a bridge across the gap. Now, fire the second stone UP at the bell.
Now, you need to get rid of the grenades cuz they don't do you any good. Aim the cannon down, and when the u fire, quickly click the bridge so it jumps up. This will cause the grenade to bounce into nowhere and blow up. Do this twice.
Keep the cannon aimed down and fire the blue key. It will reach the dude in the cave and open the door. DO NOT CLICK THE DUDE!!! HE WILL BE ATTACKED!
Now, have your cannon guy pull the lever again. This will put him in the cannon. Click the up arrow again to get another guy at the cannon. Aim the cannon UP towards the bell. You can't lower the spike because of the rock, but you can bend it just enough so your guy misses it. Fire the cannon, and click the spike to bend it. Your guy will make it up there safely. Click your guy at the bell, and he will push it over. Now click the bell three times, causing it to drop. The stone will be launched and it will take out the mine. Now click the door bottom left, and the guy will move into the little house and put the torch on. Now, this next part is tricky. Click the guy down in the cave. As soon as the dog drops down and hits the ground, click the window below the cannon. This will piss of the dude in the house and he will slam it shut, causing rocks to fall, killing the crazy dog. The guy will walk across and enter the house, turning on the torch, and turning on the portal!

i was helping coup though, so i have an excuse bout the delay
edit: and btw - i didnt bend the spike,. i just clicked it at the same time as i shot the bell with the second rock |
