Too bad i was tired, but NU NRG was once again sick. They are the new kigns of the trance world, honestly if u listen to them, other dj's seem like crap. They mix all sort of hybrids, they are basically like Paul Oakenfold and Paul Van Dyk MIXED! absolutely the best.
AVB should lower his shiet down, cuz all that screatching and shiet was hard on the ears. But his set was aite i guess.
Nick Warren was good, his stuff has evolved for the better, and i didn't like carl cox.
Honestly trance is changing too technoish, which sux
My dream would be to see a 6 hour set between
NU NRG vs. TALLA 2XLC
that would make me go to heaven and back |

| Nu NRG was the highlight of the night just in awesome.thank god for them because before that I was sleeping on the dance floor with the sounds of prog. I just wished they played longer :( |

nu-nrg is awesome man! butterfly is the only trance song i can tell u that moves me like no other one. too bad they didnt play it:(
ur right about armin. my ears killed wen he came on. i dont kno if they maybe increased the sound cuz it wasnt that loud wen nu-nrg was playing. or maybe KHs sound system sux. the sound was too hi pitch. i still got ringing in my ears, and even worse, more on my left ear then my right:nervous:
trance becoming more technoish is true. i like the new sound, but i dont like how trance is changing. its not like wat it used to be: euphoric. u cant feel that anymore. i think that matt darey is the only dj that still has that touch. les hemstock too.
oh and tiesto of course;) :haha: |

well I dont know if Armin is to blame here,they had to switch the sound from the PA system into the dj mixer after the NU NRG's performance so you can blame the the sound technition guy I guess.It could also be the mixers output since some of them are just way too loud.

Yes it is true the new stuff is lacking the euphoric elements :sadgreen:
