'cause the bastard in the bathroom yells at you when you refill your bottle from the tap? I will _NEVER_ attend space again. I did not give out a single cent as tip when I was there for Liebing (who rocked the house) since I think that $7 for water is rediculous, seeing that the rent for space must be much less than the rent for most any club in NYC, who are still charging $5.
I have to admit, on tuesday, for Mauro, Liebing, Vaeth and Carola, Space did a good job, I waited in line for ~5 mins... Which was all good, BUT their 'performance' on Friday night was too much for me to handle. |

um reality check have u not read any of the bad experiences at Space this past WMC for trying to get there late. LOL!! :haha:

well heres a suggestion. next time if u do go... hook the guy up in the restroom at least with $1 or $2 dollars.
think about it would u rather pay $7 dollars for a water or talk to the guy in the bathroom & give him a buck or two to hook u up to fill up your bottle.
OR
go to the bartendar ask them for a cup of water & hold a $1 in your hand when u r doing that. i've done this plenty of time & ended up saving alot of money especially on water.

lastly if the water is so expensive.... y not do what i do. sneak in a bottle. They don't pat u down, so sneaking a nice bottle or two would come in handy for those long nights @ Space. just make sure u remove the label from the bottle. I do this all the time. i do it with liquor also. just make sure its clear liquor so it won't look obvious that its not water.

instead of letting Space get to you or letting them get the best of you.... beat them at there own game. thats all. Space has sry ass rule but u know what i've learned to beat them at there own game.

| I did not goto Space once this WMC. I've been there numerous times in the past and although the music, CO2 blasts and sound system is great, everything else sucks. Either they overpack the main room like sardines or they make you wait for hours. They overcharge EVERYTHING. $13 for a tiny cup of mixed drink -- most of it was ice. Not enough places to sit for the tired. I am convinced the entire place is designed to squeeze every penny out of you. |

| I had no problems all 3 nights I went to space, except for one small one for Tiesto on Thursday due do the heat. I got there nice and early and walked right in. For Pvd/Ferry on Friday, and Deep Dish saturday, it was quite cool in there. Yeah drinks were expensive, I had a few waters and that was it, I dont drink much. :) |

i have been to wmc multiple times and space multiple times during wmc and other times as well.
i have travelled all over the world to party at different festivals and clubs.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS HORRIBLY AS SPACE HAS TREATED ME ANYWHERE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH DISORGANIZATION AND UTTER LACK OF RESPECT FOR CLUB PATRONS ANYWHERE.

one of my buddies heard that friday night was oversold and early attendance was highly recommended. being the late-shower i am, i was EXTREMELY hesitant in getting there as early as we did at 930. thats THE earliest i've EVER been to a club. after sitting around for nearly 3 hours, i was hitting myself for showing up so early.
but now after reading all these experiences, im kinda glad i showed up when i did. nevertheless, rocked the Terrace all night/morning! |

I've probably been to SPACE more times than u've ever been laid in a year!!! BUDDY... i know how they treat there peeps. So i get back at them & beat them at there own game. If u r to dumb & blind to see what i'm telling you as fas as how to beat Space, then go ahead & keep paying high prices for your drinks & water @ SPACE. while i'll be chillin with my $1.25 bottle of water & u pay ur $7 bucks!!!

Got to space 12:45am Friday night (PVD night).. Cut line 4 times to meet friends....
Line didnt move AT ALL for 2.5 hours.. at 3:45am left without getitng in... Was mad pissed.. Space said they'll work on getting a refund... SPACE SUXXX
they tried to use: Fire marshall excuse" even though it was empty inside.. |
