I (artist-name DJ Zork) have a brandnew website. My music is a new style of trancemusic.

Visit my site at http://www.freewebs.com/djzork/ and give your reaction/feedback!

Greetz, DJ Zork

PS: Here is sample one "Earth" (recorded at 24 kbs instead of 192 kbs, so there is some distortion of quality of sound).
SAMPLE: http://webzoom.freewebs.com/djzork/...h (DJ Zork).mp3

PS2: Here is sample two "DJ Zork Harder" (at 192 kpbs, so normal quality of sound).

Hi Gerrycueto,

Maybe you right hearing the sample of "Earth", but when you listen to other samples of me (www.djzork.com) you'll come to another conclusion. Anyway thanks for your feedback for so far ...

it's hard to review a style we don't get very often since there aren't many tracks to compare it with.

If you have a new idea the most you can get is a "yes i like it" or a "no i don't" or maybe some perspective of how someone would have done it differently. "It's alright" is all I can say. It's pretty good mood music to chill out to, nothing more, nothing less. For different ideas, yours are pretty good compared to a lot of producers that get these spurs of "new original ideas" which are just plain unlistenable (but they're still necesary... because eventually those unlistenable ideas will get turned into something marketable in the near future)... for example the avantgarde Stockhausen-esque music of the 50s and early 60s being used in commercial electronic music in the 60s and 70s like Kraftwerk and the psychadelic rock guys... and another example would be Aphex Twin's melodic square plucks (which is some weird stuff)... later on was used by Whiteroom and Vadim Zhukov in trance music and became a big hit sound.

To all the producers out there who are experimental.. Keep on what you're doing... No matter how unlistenable your music may be, or how much you get rejected by the masses, it's you who are the cream of the crop and come up with original material which eventually will be used in pop music in the days to come, and you'll be among the great electronic pioneers with Karlheinz Stockhausen, Edgar Varese, to Aphex Twin.

Good luck to you Mr. DJ Zork and may you go down with these guys as a great electronic pioneer. Keep doing what you're doing.

Thanks Gerry for your feedback. As you say, I'll go my own way. We'll see what future brings!
