| That's the the African Grey Parrot - known for being one of the smartest birds in the world. Some of the more talkative ones have a lexicon of over 800 words ! I had one as a kid who used to talk quite a bit (100-200 different sounds). It's a rare bird that's quite expensive to buy so if i were to guess, i'd say a decent one would probably set you back around $300 - $1000 or so. |
