Midi Controller OZONE dont compatible with Win XP Spanish

Hi i have a Ozone midi controller and im trying use this with my computer but is not compatible im try to install over and over but never work i have the win xp Spanish but im install Win Xp in english but still with the same thing i dont have idea was wrong because never cant used.
I use the Orion Workstation (software) and Ableton live.
if you have any idea please let me know.

1. Make sure that you trying to instal the correct driver for your midi controller
2. If the control goes threw USB, then check if the USB works correctly ( I had a usb problem before which caused my pcr-50 not to work in winxp. An update resolved it )
3. Check the website for new drivers of your midi controller
4. Did you set everything correctly in your software like Ableton and Orion workstation? |

i donwload the lastest drivers from the homepage and my usb is working i have my webcam and printer to those connections and my brothers use the same progeman (Orion pro) with his controller i did too the first time what i connect my midi controller is working good but i reinstall my windows xp and now say is not compatible with the Win Xp logo...
i reinstall again my windows but still dont working... |

| When do you get that error message? Is it during the installation of the drivers, startup of the computer or in your sequencer? |

i install and the sound card work good and windows to recognize the ozone sound card but when i try to use with orion this dont work also every time windows it requests reinstall the Ozone i dont know why some people say the Ozone midi controller dont work good because is a sound card and midi controller and is very hard to install because never is compatible... but i did once time .
i dont know why dont work now :S |
