Anyone know of a program that has an "always on top" option that displays the spectrum of audio, as played real-time?
The only ones I could find required a sound file to be played and then analysed, or used a microphone as input....
I want the sound from Reason, winamp, etc. to be displayed in real-time (possibly with a capture or record option). Almost like a visgraph so that I can properly EQ my instruments.
Any ideas? |

search for penguin audio meter on google
:)
it's quite a good one. of course if you CPU load is high you wont be able to meter anything because of the lag :D |

Run the ( mono ) signal that you want to analyse into the modulator slot at the back of the vocodor. |

Hi there. I have made a little reason-file to you with a spectrum analyzer in it.
The file is Reason 3.0 - version. I hope you have that version. If not, I can tell you how to do the analyzer.
A txt-file telling how to make the analyzer is included there aswell. |

Pinguin is great...nice and smooth w/ record feature...but still no "Always on Top"...oh well. Can't have it all. Thanks Static.
I did not really want to use the vocoder but it gave me some neat ideas.
Thx |
