No, don't think so. They have always had the capability to actually create decent, even good music and not just the p00 they have been putting out the past years; they have just ignored their skills and had many laughs at themselves instead by making loads of plain stupid productions and ripoffs. At least they can laugh at themselves and not doing everything too seriously all the time.. unlike many others out there.
I'm not much at all of their fan anymore even if i was a huge fan back in mid 90s, due to their crappy releases over the past 5-6 years. I believe most people just diss Scooter because of the commercial single releases lately which have been pretty much the same format ever since 2000 or so. They haven't even heard the b-sides or selected album tracks which are actually worth listening instead of the single tracks. Scooter's instrumental tunes like Rhapsody In E and several others from their early days still are damn good IMO. |

well when an artist starts putting out ty music it doesn't neccesarily mean that they have the capability to create decent or good music, it means they had the ability to do it. scooter put out a lot of ty stuff in the last little while hence why it leads one to wonder if it's one of the signs of the apocolypse. |
