My "chixor" (haha) Julie and I walked around Lafayette/Purdue and posted about 300 flyers all around campus and near the bars tonight... as you can see we put them everywhere. Plus Chris (phreek) and I walked around Purdue last night and pasted about 200 paper flyers on the sidewalks on campus. :tongue2

yeah, i know just what you mean. at home here everyone calls me alex (middle name) cos i'm the 3rd and me and my dad (Jr.) would always get mixed up when we got mail or people called and what not.
those flyer posting pics rock! thats the way to do it!! did you guys go through the dorms at all? we used to post on the dorm walls all the time when i was at school, always nice to see a whole floor of people show up to our parties together hehe :cool: |

The people that have been passing out flyers do we get to go in for free or cut everyone in line? Ill still pay 5 bucks just let me cut everyone :)

Does anyone from MN/WI have their driving route planned out or know of the quickest way to get there?? I'd like to avoid Chicago, but I'll take whatever is quickest.
I just punched in the address for Riehle Bros. in Mapquest and here's the route I got back:
7. Merge onto I-90 E via EXIT 267A toward JANESVILLE/CHICAGO (Portions toll). 113.4 miles
8. Merge onto I-290 E toward CHICAGO/SCHAUMBURG. 15.7 miles
9. Merge onto I-294 S via EXIT 15A toward INDIANA (Portions toll). 32.6 miles
10. I-294 S becomes I-80 E/I-94 E. 13.0 miles
11. Merge onto I-65 S via EXIT 11 toward INDIANAPOLIS. 84.6 miles
12. Take the IN-25 exit- EXIT 175- toward DELPHI/LAFAYETTE. 0.3 miles
13. Turn RIGHT onto IN-25 S. 1.3 miles
14. Turn SHARP LEFT onto SAGAMORE PKWY N/US-52 E/IN-25 S. 3.5 miles
15. Turn RIGHT onto IN-25/TEAL RD. <0.1 miles
16. Turn LEFT onto CONCORD RD. <0.1 miles
17. End at 2270 Concord Rd, Lafayette, IN 47909-2706 US |

anyone going down from WI, avoid I-294 at all costs. i've hit insane traffic anytime i've tried going around Chicago on I-294. mapquest always gives me those directions but it's always been faster for me to drive straight through Chicago on I-94. of course, i'm not sure what time you people plan on heading down there. saturday traffic might not be so bad.
as for me, i plan on going through Chicago at 5am saturday morning. :D i hope to be in NY by 6pm. |
