Last year was class. Hope to again this year if i can scrpe the funds together. The line is class, theres alomost too much choice, as you'll have dilemas over which djs to go and see at certain times.

I really hope this is a good one. However we're comming from Sweden and Texas to birmingham and we're not there for sleeping i can tell. To bad it was'nt an all night festival.

If i want a little more fun over there it'isnt any problem, huh? :toocool:

To be fair this looks really . I'm very suprised they havn't taken the opportunity to jump on the electro bandwagon though. Chances are i'll still end up being there on the Saturday.

i dont see why people are moaning about the lineup being the same old djs either .. i mean how else would it be? would you want upcoming djs or producers-who-also-dj on the lineup? true there could be a little more variation but still there are enough tents to wander between if you aint liking whats on in one ..

The best year was when they had the gallery arena as there was plenty of variation.

Yes, you obviously know me so well. Well done.

If it works one time they will never change it really. The lineups for festivals never change - what would be more interesting is if they had longer sets rather than just the usual 2 hours. Imagine a vandit tent or something like that especially as they have 2 days.

tbh Global gathering last year was rubbish compared to previous years. The main arena soundsystem was appalling and the bedrock tent was even worse unless u were right at the front as the speakers were out of sync. Probably I am getting old but the dance festivals in 2001/2002 were so much better.

re. transport, i checked out the site that says there is coaches going directly there, but seems a bit pricey. anyone know the cheapest way to get there from london? was thinking of maybe hiring a car, but would prefer not to drive if possible
