Yes, mp3 posts are ILLEGAL here, if you don't stop with them

Yes and no. If you asked for a tracklisting of a DJ set and provided a link from your own webspace (or if you were allowed to post a link by the owner) and the set wasn't copyrighted in any way it would be perfectly ok.
This rule applies for everyone so please think twice before posting a link.
