Audiogalaxy problems

Is it just me, or does anybody else get pissed off when they hear all these folks talkin about all the good stuff audiogalaxy does, and you cant get connected to it?
I have tried time and time again to get it working, but everytime, i get the same .
I install the program, i input my personal info, and it then tries to connect to the ag srver, and it sez "Timing out in 60 or so seconds".
Then it just times out, EVERY-TIME!
I really am desperate to use this software, so can anybody help?
Oh and, morpheus has also stopped working. I can search and find plenty of songs ok, but anything i try and download instantly sez "FAILED"!

Try connecting, and then try again and again. Then wait a while and try again. Now you're ready to wait another while - and then trying again. Of course, at this point, you would want to retry, but please wait a little longer and *then* try again. If you've done all this correctly you should now be able to wait a while and retry. Finally, try once more and then again and you should succeed.
I tried for two days before I was allowed to register :)
AG is a seriously bad programmed piece of , that unfortunately has established itself as the de-facto standard in mp3-sharing and thus have the largest user base. Kind of microsoft windows. Everybody use it because everybody use it - eventhough it's technically inferior to the alternatives. |

If its any consolation - Audiogalaxy has become an indispensible tool for me, and only now has it stopped working.
It hasn't got past "connecting to server #260" for over 2 weeks now.
I'm lost without it :(
What are u using for DLs? |

| maybe try using another acount or contacting ag out the prog...my alternative is WinMX but the queue lines get annoying |

| Yeah I have a problem with connecting, but im pretty sure its cause of my ethernet. i have no idea how to specify an address or set up a proxy or whatever...late/ |

Winmx stinks man, i can find loads of tracks, but they are alwys qued behind like6 or seven peeps!
Any suggestions about morpheus? |

| transa ill have (believe it or not) ever single track on our wanted list downloaded in an hour or 2 ill upload them when they are done! |
