recent winners with riots in cities: storrs (for uconn men/women's bball), LA (for lakers)
recent losers with riots in cities: lots of places

Martin Luther King and Anti-Vietnam Mayday riots in Washington, D.C. were the . Was in a riot on Va Tech campus as well, but chump change in comparison to the real McCoys in D.C. ... A serious politically motivated riot in a major city trumps a college campus uprising, believe me. Too bad Michigan State got their ass handed to them BTW...

| Seattle never has a championship team. I think the only time we made it to any kind of finals was when the Sonics made it to the NBA finals once and lost many years ago. |
