Jaime man, we really coulda used u at Motorcycle on Sunday. Right after you and the groupies left, these young ugly little bitches started complaining to me and Nathan about the music every 5 mins.
It would seem they were celebrating a birthday, therefore we should play all their requests. They started bugging me first. "Stop playing techno ". I tried explaining it to them:
1- It was "techno" night
2- We were being PAID to play "techno"
3- We were "techno" DJs
4- Our record cases only have "techno" in them (see #3)
But they figured me and Nathan were the same DJs who played at their high school dances, so they started sayin like:
"But it's my ing birthday"
"Please, anything but techno"
"DO you only have beats?"
Gawd... ing annoying. But they stayed all night and bought lots of drinks... stupid little bitches. |

Oh gawd, I would have gotten vocal, that's for sure. I'd have started making requests -- I would have MADE SURE they saw me go up to you guys and in a REALLY LOUD voice, I'd have requed the HARDEST techno track Natahn had and then when it started mixing in, I'd get up and dance and ing go beserk and hoot and holler and act as if it was the best sound on Earth!! ing anti-"techno" girls!
(And speaking of which, listening to the EDM-ignorant calling trance or house or euro "techno" is one of my HUGEST PET PEEVES! I seriously might have filleted this girls alive! So sorry to hear you had to put up w/ that !)
I wish I could have stayed there to have ing seen that ! :whip: That's balls.... "please no more techno" my ass!! :disbelief

So glad to see someone realized it was about time we appreciated the amazing, unique, hilarious, energetic Jemjems!! You know I think you are the best Jemjems, and its good to know i'm not alone.. Although I have to admit the breast and Delta obsession did freak me out a little to begin with, I grew to realize that it really is all part of the Jamie package. Being unlike anyone else, only you could get away with girls giving you permission for breast 'pokes', 'grabs' and 'squeezes'..
Anyway, the important thing is that you were one of the friendliest people to me when i knew noone in Canada, making me feel so welcome whenever I saw you. I am so so grateful to you for all that, and for making me feel like I had a cool way of speaking, ( after I had so many people laughing at my dero aussie accent. see if you can remember what dero means! )So cheers Jemjems - you'd make one hell of an aussie bloke. Providing, of course, that you learn how to use 'pike it' in the right context...

Oh i'm sure jamie will be watching out for you.. he may even be seeking you out to make you hold up to your threat! as we all know what a lady has to do to get mardi gras beads off of someone and believe me jamie will have no objections to you trying to get them!!
