I'm not sure of all the legalities, but if that guy doesn't pay, the seller may be able to sue him for the cash. I've seen some cases like that, and the seller won. |

| the guy who tried to sell is a dambass, thats for sure. im not 100% familiar with ebay taxes and fees, but u have to pay ebay some 4% of the total endvalue of the auction or so? something like that .... ? anyway, if he bid on himself, he still has to pay $ 250 to ebay ... so i guess this is a joke were, because every wisemen knowsa starting bid of 10000 bucks is never gonna work to sell something, especially not when u have 0 feedabck etc .... this cant be true. but still, that picture looked real ..:conf: |
