its a pretty much 'normal' phrase here (in my local area anyway) more like bah-bye tho :p
The worst is doing silly answering messages and not laughing during it, like 'hidilyhey' and other flanderific ones, I guarantee u cant do it without bursting out laughing or making a mistake, esp this one
