Almost everyone feels a little anxiety. The key is minimize that aniety. The more you can convince yourself that you know what you're talking about and that you won't mess up the less anxious you'll be. Also, the more you do it and realize that nothing bad will happen the easier it gets.
I actually used to practice talking my way out of screw ups in my presentation... |

nice... good film. loved the cinematography, esp. the colour schemes in a lot of the scenes.
presumably if you are presenting on that film because you liked it, yeh? when you're presenting, try to focus on the parts of the movie that you are most passionate about (if the presentation format permits) - if you are talking about something that you feel strongly about, sometimes that can help overcome peripherals like the crowd of people you're talking to. think of them as a group of people you are trying to convince of the phenomenal nature of the film.
i find the fear of judgement is often more strong than the fear of actual presentation. try to take the stance that you really don't give a what they think, then go with that.
oh, and picturing everyone in their underwear or whatever is just a lose-lose situation......... |
