Need a cd for work...

| I work at Express part time at nights and need a cd for when we close. When we are all in there for closing (bout an hour or so) we throw on a cd to listen to. Last week I brought in my Universal Religion 2004 cd and they asked me to bring in another cd for monday. What do you guys suggest? I was thinking of something with a little more energy. Maybe Ferry Corsten Live @ Spundae. Thoughts? |

well...if its a CD for closing hours... i would put something very layed back. alot of people who have been working all day might get a little pissed of and irritated if you blast some trance. i wouldnt recommend it. alot of people who dont like trance, really dont like it. even if they know nothing about it, in my experience, if your trying to win points by bringing a good cd, i wouldnt play some trance. play some more mellowed stuff. anything prog and mellower is where i'd start.

I was thinking maybe the ASOT 2005 Dark cd. I mean, we usually have something on that bumps and puts out some energy. I brought in Univeral Religion 2004 and the manager said she liked it. But she listens to techno so... I dunno I'll figure something out.

These people might not be ready for Holden just yet... balance 005 is an album that grows on you... maybe in a couple weeks they will understand... id suggest something a lil easier to absorb...
