According to DC Productions, Alot of the line up is already determined, but there will be open decks there.
for more info, send and email here |
yeah, last year they said "open decks! bring your vinyl!" that was a waste of energy.....
i did have a good time last year though...skylab 2000 was insane.....just pick your campsite well....i made the error of setting up near the milw DnB stage who woke everyone up sat and sun morning around 6 or 7 am with hardcore beats vibrating in your skull.....just what i like to hear waking up after little sleep and a hangover:whip:
other than that and the crappy weather....and 4 people taken to the hospital after taking bad drugs, it was great....some people put in a lot of effort making their setup/stages a great place to party.
i will probably be there this year:) |

| I will hopefully be back there this year, and spinning this time maybe... last year was a fun experience and I was a fortunate one to have set up camp on the outskirts and hearing nice smooth downtempo/chillout in the morning:D |

Oh my god,............Rob after our conversation this weekend, you are talking about going to a rave.................
I had a good time last year though. It was so ing cold on saturday night. And through piss poor planning I forgot to bring proper clothing. Which really sucked when my body was extra sensative to the cold.
Plus my friends tent was next to tent spinning the worst music I have ever heard.....I usually am pretty understanding about what people are into, but damn these guys couldn't mix and the music they played was sheer crap.......they would jump from metal to drum and base, and then I'm sure michael bolton was in there somewhere. I hate to sound like an elitist but these guys had no business spinning anywhere.\\
And on top of that I missed christopher lawrence because I couldn't get there till saturday.
I still think I will go this year, I'll just have to take in what I learned last year. |
