VINCENT GUIMELLI (ShakeDJs, FRANCE)
Originally from Tours (France), Vincent Guimelli started to spin at Cafe Depanneur alongside Dj s such as F.E.X, Tito and Sam Karlson. After a couple of years he decided to move to Paris and to check the scene there. Starting his Parisian debut in Café Jade with Paco (Open House) gave him the opportunity to get his first residency in the best club in Paris during those days: L`Enfer (Lov Parties - alongside Greg Lambert aka Pepperpot). In April 2001 Stella Artois (beers) offered him a national tour sponsored by Coca Cola around the biggest towns in France, after that everything got a lot easier. Vincent started to play at various parties and clubs: Stonewall (Dj at work), club La Loco (Emporio) and last but not least club Follies Pigalle (Kameleon, Locotron parties and the famous Super Luxe afterhours). Vincent also got booked for a couple of big after show parties such as Francesco Smalto at the Nirvana Lounge and Manray for V.o Cosmetics.
He has shared the decks with djs such as Marcello (Amsterdam), Jack De Marseille, Eddie Amador, & Kenny Hawkes. He recently teamed up with Maia K & Tito creating the ShakeDjs Collective.His style goes from deep to tech house and defenitly shakes up every dancefloor he lands on!
Alex Pearce (FTWK,www.djalexpearce.com)
Alex Pearce has a passion for house music. He's a DJ who's style blends
elements of funky, tribal and progressive house music into one. Pearce
first arrived on the EDM scene in NY in 1998, running the Kinetic
records street team for a year. After that Alex went on to become a
partner in the Touched By a DJ production company, and a resident at
Liquids Lounge (the Moist night). Since then he's held residences at
both Delft, Serena and the Future Progression loft
(futureprogression.com); one off large events have included
performances at Centrofly, Discoteque, the Roxy, and the Lunaterium
playing alongside world class talent such as Peace Division, Max
Graham, Ferry Corsten, Charles Feelgood, Demi (Deeper Substance), Danny
"Buddha" Morales, Mazi and Luis Diaz. More recently Alex has been booked to play once a month at the Sullivan Room, winner of the 2005 Club Systems Nightstalker award. For his latest live mixes check out www.djalexpearce.com
Genti (Buyrum.net)
Origanally from Kosovo, Genti (Buyrum.net), Gentian Rizaj has been spinning records since school days in his native country. Four years ago he co-founded Buyrum, the production company and soon to be record label in NYC and has been organizing and performing at events of all sizes all over the city since then. Genti spins dub, eastern, jazzy, tribal house music. He has had extensive experience at performing with live musicians and delivers a sound that is at the cutting edge of todays dance scene - including performances at Spirit (NYC), Turntables on the Hudson (Frying Pan NYC), London, UK, and many more!

i may actually make it out to this... it's right around the corner from my apt, and if i can get enough of the project i'm working on finished, it'd be a good break. anyone else planning on going?
