All the other MP3 players look horrible, they were designed by techeads and look really geeky. Apple actually uses industrial designers for their products. In fact all Apple products in terms of design are far superior to any of the others. Well Sony actually does OK job in design but I'll still take Apple design over Sony's any day :p |
and thats exactly why i hate them. When i buy a piece of technology the style factor is definatly last on my list of things im looking for. for somebody who just wants to listen to music, fine an ipod is great, but if you wanna do anything more, booooo to apple.
I have an old brick of a mp3 player, but i wouldnt trade it for anything in the world.

Heh i forgot to mention that the NW-E99 is nearly half the size of the ipod shuffle (it's main competitor)

| i took a look at them at the sony store. i'll probably pick up a 1gb 407/507 series. i compared the NWE-99 to my friend's creative and the sound was indistinguishable...and i just don't like the poker chip -100 series... |

Nope, that looks like one of the low-end flash-memory players. Retails for like $100 US, if i'm not mistaken. |

That's the NWE 100 series - feature for feature I don't see a difference between their specs and the NW-E99 - plus, the NWE 100s are newer |
