no wonder he is feeling in such a bad state, he has next to no seratonin left at all. do what kr00t said, but double the dosage, and consume with grapefruit juice. Dont ask, it works, trust me. Rack up the multivitamins as well. |

Things to do (or rather for him to do):
1. take ur vitamins!
1 1/2. (i took aspirin... and it made it lift a little... dont know why)
2. have a friend!
3. chill!
4. know it will pass!
i know exactly how it feels... i felt like i was gonna be depressed/trippy for the rest of my life! and it DOES seem like ing FOREVER! but just stay cool and wait it out and try to live ur life like always. ;) |
