the mixer was purchased barely a month ago, new.
anyways, the owner was teaching me how to use the integrated FX unit, and showed me how the < Beat > buttons worked, to move around the percentages of the BPM for the effect (1/2, 3/4, 1/1, 2/1 beat, and such).
fine. he lends me the mixer yesterday. all is well, except these buttons now do absolutely nothing. i called him about it, and he was quite baffled. mixer has seen no action at all. the unit still functions properly, only now i have to set the percentage with the TIME parameter knob, which is a pain if i want to move quickly...
any thoughts? any help is greatly appreciated, as i'm playing a place with this thing tomorrow and the Effect Beat buttons would make thing a lot comfier... |
