My Dad has a few friends who stay in Krakow and he's been thinking of getting a 1 bedroom flat there. Just to stay in during the holidays and maybe rent out while we arn't there (maybe to one of his friends).
He's seen one which looks over the vistula river and is pretty near the castle. We arn't rich or anything but he really likes the place and the people.
Obviously he'll be looking at it as an investment and so on is it likely to be a good one and how much would you expect to pay for a place like that (think he has a rough idea but just incase he's getting screwed)?
On a personal note whats the nightlife like in Krakow? Cos I might be getting to use it some of the time. :toothless

| i'm not polish, but my buddy is... he went to krakow for vacation just a few months ago. i don't know how much a flat would cost but i do know that there were mad clubs. he took a ton of pics at the clubs... i don't know if they're EDM ones or not though |

| Sorry man but i can't help you out here. I don't know anything about Krakow...and I dont think there's any PLTA's from Krakow here that could help you out either :( |

| I don't know about flat prices, but i've been to Krakow on a school trip; It's #1 place in terms of Art musemums/architecture, but i haven't heard of any big EDM clubs out there :conf: |
