chips in sandwiches are good. i had a damn good sandwich last night- lettuce, tomator, cheese, beef, turkey, beansprouts, onion, pickle, avocado, anything you can throw on it, i'll eat it.

yes they are! i used to do that u just reminded me.



i make a really good tuna salad. it's gotta be albacore white tuna in water though (or a really good tuna from a deli). i don't drown mine in mayonaise either...it's more dry and i put diced apples and walnuts in it:) so good.

tuna waldorf kool. i gave up albacore because of the mercury. btw who the hell gets tuna in oil?

oh snap! I totally forgot about this awesome sandwich I make, I copied it from a restaurant I went to.

It’s a roasted garlic eggplant sandwich w/ gorgonzola cheese, sundried tomatoes and marinated artichoke hearts on toasted French bread. It’s soooo good!

holy . i'm not a fan of veal but i'm sure i could subsitute...thanks for the recipe! i love roasted red peppers too.
