| Lying is generally not a good thing, it's better to just tell the truth but in some cases you need to let them down gently otherwise you may hurt their feelings like when a girl asks if she looks fat in that dress. I mean, if she really does do you really tell her that, no I didn't think so, but you can get around it by saying something else like the colours not right or something. |

i need one of natalie's (tatgirls) hugs.
no worries josh, its not like something terrible happened to me, its just that im sick of lies in general. no matter how small lies are they tend to pile up, why be dishonest and deceive someone? i usually find that i get really short tempered with people that tell white lies frequenly coz they just build up and eventually i have no interest in dealing with person anymore coz i wont see any possible way of ever trusting them. IMO trust, honestly and lack of deception are very important in friendships. |

:D being able to get just downright drunk as ass w/ that person too really helps build friendships!

i love getting drunk and prlly get drunk atleast once a weekend... and i find when i meet new ppl, like friends of friends, its the ones that come out drinking who i inevitably end up bonding with why?... i guess its bc, for starters, its one thing we share in common... but also, ppl often like to discuss all the fun times they had when smashed, and if ur a person that was either apart of those fine funs, or who can relate to such events and have your own tales, its its commonality that many bond over.

so although drinking isnt necessarily as key in a relationship as any of the above, it can play an good role in forming or maintaining friendships... i have friends now i swear we've just grown so far apart in the past 5 years, that if it wasnt for drinking, we'd no longer be friends. but we still enjoying getting together over beers and getting smashed and reliving all the good ol' times
