After hearing Arcadia +100 times I still like it very much. One of the best tracks of late 2004/begin 2005.
Ozgur's remix is also very nice, with those wicked sounds. |

I've only had this for a few weeks and I didn't care for it at first, but it's grown on me. Still probably a 7/10.
Although I love "External Key", I'm not a fan of the Can mix of this track. Does nothing for me. |

Just want to share my friends' opinion,
They didn't know it was new G&D and then they listen and commented the track as "what is the stupid monophonic beep looping over?" And I laughed so hard :haha:

for all of you who dont like arcadia...wtf is wrong with you...its definitely one of the better edm songs out these days...rather than that other trance cheese they put out... but when i heard this at the record store i was like hell yeah...and then i heard it on armin's ASOT 2005 and i was like YEAH!
the best part is the bridge between the melody and the synthy/bass riff...loved it! |

i don't think the original is that bad...it's playable. i'd just say its average though like a lot of people...but i could see myself playing it. it does drag a little...
i must agree that ozgur's mix is horrible. i'm a huge fan of the newer electro-ish inspired sound, but ozgur really missed on this one. some of his other works lately have been better than this and this is definitely below par for him...don't like it at all... |
