Please, do NOT go there....
a) they get stoned while they work
b) I've seen some work come out of there
c) 'biker style'= BAD
And where ever your friend decides to go, ASK to see the artist's personal portfolio's to make sure you like their style (esp. if getting an original piece, and not some design off a wall), and check the quality of the lines and shading in their work. < This is the #1 mistake people make- they naturally assume that because they have a job as a tattoo artist, that they know what they're doing.
Also, another good place to go is Bobby Five- which is Rob Coutts own shop- he was one of the best ones over at New Tribe before going solo. http://www.bobbyfive.com/

No, of course u gave great suggestions.
I just really wouldn't want someone who's wasted to permanently mark my body in that state of mind. A GOOD artist wouldn't do that, tho. ;)

Sure there are- Artatorture is one of them too. If u dont mind the crackheads walking in off the street, that's the place to go. (the workers aren't much better) :p |

| I just got a nice one from New Tribe (listed above). They made a cool custom design for me, and it seems like they take their work very seriously, I'd recommend going there. |

In this instance, I'm refering to the real genuine crackheads that hang out on the street at that 'lovely' intersection.
