I recently got to a local dj equipment store and I saw this mixer. I liked it's layout and got the chance to play with it for a few minutes. Sound was realy nice, the eq and the kill switches seem to cut preaty good. I was realy impressed with it and I'm seriously thinking to buy it.
Anyone ever used it? Some advice?

| I never tried that mixer but from past experience I just can't honestly recommend any piece of Gemini equipment. I'm sure some people will disagree but I believe you can get a much better mixer for the same if not a tad bit more by going with a Vestax or something. |

I have a Gemini UMX, and, in the process of upgrading it.
I owned it for 4 years, and, have no problems with it
whatsoever.
If your the type thats into scratching, Gemini may not
fit the bill (I don't scratch so I don't know) But, if
you mix House, Trance, Drum & Bass, etc., you shouldn't
have anyproblems with them. |
