Translation of text, what language is this?

I need help with a translation of a few words, even the language the text is in would be a massive help. I have my final year project in tommorow and all i need to do is translate the picture and convert the words into english.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, i am so swamped at the moment, due to the fact that we have just been told that a project notebook has to be in tommorow instead of the original due date of two weeks later. |
