Anyone else love this song? The original w/o the vocals?
Such a sick song...the outro is impossible to mix with, but i pulled off a good one mixing a quiet intro over it. If the outro was diff, I'd spin it as often as possible |

Nice thread man, I really do love this song, it is soooo beautiful! Yet sick at the same time. God bless Judge Jules for playing this, back in the day, 2002. Incidentally I am drunk. lol. I don't post here often, so there you go.

Original is indeed an amazing piece of moody breaks, the vocal update is just awful. :nervous:
I've been lucky enough to see Beat Pusher guys to perform this and some other good ones, like 'Rokki' which was on the flip of the original release of 'Murto', live on stage a few years ago. It was a wicked show! |

Oh I had forgotten that this was re-released... wasn't there a Green Martian remix on the re-release as well?
Indeed, Rokki is such a great track. What happened to the Beatpushers after this and the "Cloudwalking" remix that they did? Did he/she/they drift off onto obscurity, or work under a different guise? |

Yes there is a Green Martian remix of Murto but it isn't anything special compared to the magnificence of the original.
And Beat Pusher(s) have just been more on the "low" lately but their next tune RHT is coming out on Unity (or has been coming over the past year but still with no official release date lol).
Besides Pulser - Cloudwalking (2003) their remix works include also The Clergy - The Oboe Song (2002) and the amazingly good and addictive Modulation - Spirits (2003). Too less IMO, they should release/remix something asap. |

I still listen to Murto and their remix of Modulation - Spirits regularly, amazing stuff!

Thanks for naming that one, haven't heard about it before. |

| Cheers Grimreaper :) I totally forgot about their remix of Spirits, I think I must of overlooked it during my PvD-listening days when he used to play both the Cosmicman and Slusnik Luna mixes... anyways I look forward to hearing RHT. Out of interest is that an acronym for anything? heh |
